Runa is an Executive Coach and a trainer. Worked before that in the Public Sector as Director of Administrative Development and in the Private Sector as Chief HR Officer . Started her career as a junior auditor . Runa was always intrigued by people shifting careers after many years of success in a specific field. Or by those known for their talent and achievement that augmented their everyday work.
During covid and lockdown she started a podcast from home which was a shy attempt but always wanted to pursue podcasting . Here she is trying again.
